[c-nsp] Cisco CCM 4.1(2)

We upgraded last week from 4.0 to 4.1(2) and it was very bad until we
applied SR1 (which we were supposed to do from the start, I agree).
Mostly, phones were not registering anymore (kept cycle-booting).
Now everything is fine.
