You could manually configure vlan trunking
Here is an example
switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
switchport mode trunk
switchport nonegotiate
switchport trunk native vlan 100
switchport trunk allowed vlan add 110

I believe you need to set up a VTP server and database:

Else the trunk doesn't know what to... trunk... ;-)
