[c-nsp] Standalone Web Site/Web Page Monitoring Device (SNMP Capable)

I would suggest you build something on top of the Linksys WRT54G wap 
using the OpenWRT Linux.  The box runs wget and snmptrap so it shouldn't 
be difficult to build a script.  The boxes are in the sub $60 range.
