claim to have a version of the tac_plus server with support for SecurID.
I have no experience with this code.

However, since you are already running SecurID, you should talk to RSA.
We recently met with them, and they told us they support TACACS+ and,
in fact, do so using a modified version of the Cisco tac_plus server.  I
believe that is a bundled part of the ACE/Authentication Manager product.
