[c-nsp] 6500 SUP720 High Latency and Jitter issues

Anything showing up in the logs? It's my understanding that the PFC3
can do GRE and NAT itself, leaving the MSFC with just the OSPF and BGP
processes to do. Any weird QOS configured on it?

Nothing seems to be occuring on the proccessor when my latency hits.

My spanning tree looks good, and I am not seeing any BGP or OSPF
withdrawls during this period. Thanks for the thoughts. //db
