[c-nsp] 6500 SUP720 High Latency and Jitter issues

As you can all understand here, I am well part of this learning curve,
and I appreciate your help. What I have learned at this point is the
following:

In order for the tunnels to be hardware switched, I must use a unique IP
for the Source and destination, in this case a separate Loopback on both
ends seems to be perfect. This I have never read in any documentation,
either it is not there, or it is and I did not read it. I am sure it is
the latter. I will say that the router only warns you once about the
packets being software switched per unique IP, if I add 3 tunnels using
the same source IP, the router will only tell me after the 2nd, and not
the third. This is why I was being baffled.

As for myself not knowing my platform, I consider all of this learning
my platform, and hopefully giving others access to the things I am
experiencing. I have very in-depth knowledge of the 2500 up to the
12000, but I will admit this platform is a bit new to me, and it is
being deployed in a fast moving environment, so please excuse me for not
reading all of the millions of docs out there, I just haven't the time.

Again, thanks much for all the feedback, I would have been dead without
it. //db
