What I do know is that the 3750 is aimed at replacing the 3550.  
However, I was not aware of any features in the 3550 that were
lacking in the 3750.  I stand corrected.

Well...that's one feature.  I'd be interested in knowing about any
other features from the 3550 that are not supported (yet?) on the
3750.
