[c-nsp] 30 second hang with OIR on 12.2.18S10

Has anyone else tested OIR in 12.2.18S?
When I pull a VIP, there's no hang and no lost traffic... However, when I
re-insert it, I drop traffic for about 30 seconds and most of my routing
adjacencies time out.  I get the requisite CPUHOG messages... The only
non-standard message I'm seeing is:

Nov  3 13:13:13 EST: %DBUS-3-SW_NOTRDY: DBUS software not ready after
dbus_slot_enable(), elapsed 13056, status 0x0
-Traceback= 404DEC24 404DFBD4 404F71EC 404E8730

During this time the console is also hung completely.  It all comes back
on it's own after about 30 seconds..

I opened a TAC case but figured I'd see if anyone's seen this first..
