[c-nsp] Laptop USB-to-serial adapters - Break sequence?

I use a Keyspan http://www.keyspan.com/products/usb/USA19HS/ with
my PowerBook, it works fine with ZTerm. I haven't tried sending a
break to my cisco routers. I guess I'll have to test that out.
