[c-nsp] Microsoft multicasted cluster vs. Cisco IOS

7500's were the ones where I ran into problems.  If memory serves it 
was in the 11.1CA/CC time frame (so a LONG time ago - AKA about the I 
was supporting Microsoft for Cisco and Microsoft bought the company 
that created NLB... ;)

Later versions of 11.1CC had it fixed as did basically all versions 
12.0S.
