[c-nsp] Laptop USB-to-serial adapters - Break sequence?

I've had good success under both Windows + Linux with the USB->Serial
dongle from www.iogear.com. They usually cost around $30. Never had any
issues using either HyperTerminal, SecureCRT or minicom with them
connecting to Cisco hardware.
