[c-nsp] IOS 12.2(25)S6/S7

[Rodney Dunn]

It's a new 12.2S based release (sorta like SX for the 76xx)
for the 75xx, 72xx, 73xx, 10k platforms. The goal is to try and
consolidate these platforms to a single release.
