snmp-server ifindex persist is broken in 12.2(25)S, which is a problem for
our MRTG... and then also SNMP counters on .1q L2TPv3 interfaces don't work
at all (ATM L2TPv3 interface do, surprisingly) - but I guess that's just one
small counter problem among many others (at least that's what I gather when
reading this list).
