yes, that line looks a little suspect, referring to SONET. for a
valid, cisco-branded, 1000baseLX SFP that line looks like:

   SONET Comp Codes : [0x00]

(i don't have any cisco-branded cwdm SFPs for comparison; i'm trying
to avoid paying what appears to be an unreasonably high price for the
cisco ones.)

i don't think so, the output also shows: 
 Vendor Name       : FINISAR CORP.   
 Vendor OUI        : 0x0 0x90 0x65 
 Vendor PN         : FWDM-1519-7D-47
that part number is valid and matches a gigabit ethernet CWDM SFP
on finisar's web site.
