[c-nsp] Catalyst 3750, 12.2.25-SEB -SEC -SED

Hi,

which does ppl here recommended of IOS 12.2.25-SEB4, 12.2.25-SEC2 and
12.2.25-SED with ipbase for a catalyst 3750 stack? In the product
bulletin for 12.2.25-SED it mentioned per-port-per-vlan-policing which
is a good thing, but I didnt see it in the feature navigator list when I
looked it up there. Is it supported but not listed in the FN? Or should
I just go for the -SEC2?
