Hey all.. We have the same issue in Australia - AS9224/125.254.64.0/19

Pingable address of 125.254.64.130.

This is going to be a long painful process getting ISP's out there to clean
all this mess up.

Yes, please try 125.30.127.1.

We, IIJ/AS2497, also have lots of problems to reach certain destinations
from 125.30.0.0/16 which was allocated recently to us.
