[c-nsp] VWIC-2MFT-E1, Serial Up/Down problems in Cisco2611XM

Hi,

I have problem with VWIC-2MFT-E1 and one of the Serial in Cisco2611XM.
The IOS version is: 12.3.16a
Serial and E1 interface goes up and down. What the reason could be?
