Hi, Melvin you can try this config i thing it's help  in you situation
loopback2 x.x.156.1 255.255.254.0
Router-PPPoE(conf)ip local pool dialpool x.x.156.2 x.x.157.254
Router-PPPoE(conf)interface virtual-Template 1
Router-PPPoE(config-if)#peer default ip address pool mypppoepool
