b.) The part number is next-to impossible to find.
c.) Look at Gert's domain extension ... a supplier in Germany is preferred for a reason.

You should be able to pick up a 75 ohm BNC attenuator locally.  Pomona
Electronics is a big supplier of these in the USA.

Must be a pretty common problem.  Googling "BNC 75 ohm attenuator" got
me this hit from Cisco:
