[c-nsp] C3750 no sub-interface support in 122-25.SEC

Strange one this, not sure if its been done on purpose or whether the
software guys have left it out by mistake - but it appears as though
122-25.SEC for the 3750 doesn't support sub-interfaces - 122.25.SEB did,
but I upgraded to SEC for VRF functionality and found I couldn't create
sub-interfaces - rolled back to SEB and there you have it (but no VRF,
obviously).  Can anyone comment - or I have missed the boat and someones
decided that this feature is no longer of any use to anyone...
