I don't think sub-interfaces have ever been officially supported
on the 3750, so I guess they've removed the CLI to configure it
to get rid of support calls.

You should configure a trunk, then VLANs and SVIs.

VRF Lite is also only supported for routed ports and SVIs. The
Configuration Guidelines says: "The switch supports configuring
VRF by using physical ports, VLAN SVIs, or a combination of both.
The SVIs can be connected through an access port or a trunk
port."
