Hi,

  Even faster would be to search google for the relevant part of the error
message:
"Cisco 7200 Series Port Adaptor Hardware Configuration Guidelines"
  (with the quotation marks)

  First answer from the search is
<http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/modules/ps2033/products_configuration_guide_chapter09186a008014cf5c.html>

  In table 1-6 you'll find an entry for
"1 port use of 2-port Fast Ethernet (TX)" (without the quotation marks)
  that confirms 1 port use is only 200BW points

  Please take this as constructive criticism
(Gert - what happened to your usual "teach a man to fish" ?)
