You can buy OSM modules (4/8/16 port OC3/STM-1) which will cost you.
There's also the new SIP + SPA which are just as costly.

If you're able to convert your upstream links to GigE, as ethernet is
much more cheap to stick into a 6500/7600 compared to POS/ATM/...
