[c-nsp] MTU on GigE

Well, when I raise MTU only to 1600, I can ping with 1501-bytes df-bit set;
while I couldn't with MTU = 1500.

I didn't touch IP MTU. Is this normal?

This has never been clear to me - what is the meaning of "mtu" vs. "ip mtu"?

Vincent
