[c-nsp] Compressed RTP with MPLS and Voice over MPLS

Hi,
 
RTP header compression does not work on the tag-switching interfaces(e.g PE-P, P-P, PE-PE)
 
How do you solve this problem? There is a draft which specifically deals with this problem, VoMPLS, i.e.  voice traffic carried directly over MPLS without
IP encapsulation of the voice packet. But I think there is a long way for the implementation.
 
What is your real-world experiences on this issue?
