I've long wanted but not bothered to do PERS is to have option like:
'no mpls generate-label'
'mpls generate-label loop0'

 or route-map or prefix-list. Purpose would be that  all 'transit' labels are
advertised, but only label for loop0 is generated.

 Does it sound something that could actually happen, if PERS would be made
(or has one been made already?)
