[c-nsp] NPE-G1 and sampled-flow

Using a flow-sampler of standard configuration:

On a 7200VXR-NPE-G1 with IOS 12.2(25)S, the exported flow data is 
somewhat incorrect. (result of sh ip ca flow). The "Null" should be 
"Gi0/1", only in one direction.

Anyone else seeing this behaviour. Note it works correctly on 12.0(27)Sx 
on NPE400 and NPE300 devices.
