[c-nsp] GSR: routing processes hang or linecard stops working AFTER GRP-failover

Hello colleagues,

We're using a GSR with two GRP-Bs an GE-GBIC-SC-B-linecards.
Has anyone ever seen a situation where a linecard stops carrying traffic or
the routing processes stop working after a grp-failover (in this case caused
via manual failover)?
I'm not really sure if just the routing processes (BGP and OSPF) didn't come
back up or the whole line card locked up but since vrrp was still working I
suspec that only the routing processes were affected.
A manual "reload" of the router resolved the problem.
