Carrier Access Corp. (CAC) Access Navigators are what we use to offer
integrated T-1 voice/data solutions. You can cross connect data or voice at
the DS0 level to groom up to the DS1 level. They are quite available on the
used market. The only thing I do not like about them is there are no DS3
ports
so I have to deploy M13's along with them.
