[c-nsp] Priority percent (7304 NSE, 12.2 S)

Does anyone know when/if/in what release it'll be possible to do
'priority percent' on a 7304 with NSE100). It's currently running
12.2(25)S5, which doesn't support it:

 ROAR001(config)#policy-map SP-WAN-EDGE
 ROAR001(config-pmap)#  class CM-VOICE
 ROAR001(config-pmap-c)#priority ?
   <cr>
 ROAR001(config-pmap-c)#priority 
 
I've tried Feature Navigator but can't find that for any current
7304-release. (All the other 7x00s do support it).

PS: 'priority <speed>' could also be used, I guess, but isn't
supported either.
