[c-nsp] Cisco switching -- rate-limiting?

Hello,

 

Is there an enterprise class Cisco switch that supports rate-limiting aside
from the 6500 series?  The 3550 does policing but I am not able to provide
graphs of actual usage for customers since the interface statistics I grab
using SNMP show traffic before it's policed, and it would be nice to be able
to show usage after being shaped or policed.  Is there another way to do
this using the 3550?
