[c-nsp] 7600 fabric errors problem

Hello cisco-nsp,

Problem: we have number of 7606/Sup720-3BXL/6704-10G/12.2(18)SXE3 and one
box continuously have fabric errors when 10GE card placed in slot 4. Errors
raises slowly, with out-of-sync messages.
TAC recommended to change chassis and sup, but nothing helped - sometimes
it gets just worthier (card being powered off because of fabric errors
immediately after start). And this card beautifully works if 3th slot.
Previously we have seen same problem and it was fixed by supervisor change,
but now we tried 3 blades with no difference.

Does anyone have similar problems?
