Well, apparently they all are for 12.2(25)EWA3 on a SupIV.

We have another SupIV box currently running 12.2(20)EWA, which
does not have "rf", so the same is probably true for (18)EW on
SupV. (The three lines marked with a "*" are new between (20)EWA
and (25)EWA3).
