For the most part, CEF bugs are not a huge problem anymore on 7x00.
The real question is, when will Cisco do away with BGP Scanner, and move
to an event-based system. One can only hope (I am sure I am trvializing
it, but I can hope).

If you're gonna run BGP and any amount of reasonable traffic, do yourself
a favor and get NPE-400's.
