I assume these are the same people who brought us the AnaolgX proxy 
software.  What'd you expect?  I'd say their "research" tools are buggy.

Checking my own ASN, I see it's noticed in use, and they even see our 
transit peers...but they only see our most recent ARIN allocation, missing 
the bulk of our IP space.
