[c-nsp] Port up/down history on Cat4ks

Is there any way to see the port up/down history on a Catalyst 4k? The
'show interface <blah> link' only shows timers if the port is
currently down - it shows 0 constantly if the port is up... and unlike
the smaller switches, port up/down events aren't logged by default.

I guess what I'm looking for is a command that'll tell me when the
last state change was and (ideally :)) what the times of the last x
state changes were.
