[c-nsp] Bootstrapping issue on sup720/6504

You will need to get another flash card that is formatted by another
Sup720 to copy the correct IOS.  Also, Xmodem does not work with a
Sup720 according to TAC.  I had the same type of issue and had to get
another formatted flash card to get the Sup to boot.

Just tried that - back to it saying:

rommon 3 > dir disk0:

device does not contain a valid magic number

dir: cannot open device "disk0:"


It obviously needs the atafslib to be able to read the flash disk.
