[c-nsp] MLPPP with 12 E1 -> FINE

Hi,


It's just for sharing, currently I'm running MLPPP on both 7200 for balacing 
12 E1.
All E1 is properly flowing the traffic in/out.
But nope sure yet, if I can get 24 Mbps over all.
Current traffic on multilink is 13 Mbps.
