[c-nsp] 2924XL gotchas?

Thanks all for your invaluable advice. I'll make sure we use a 2924XL-EN w/
8MB RAM for this application. We won't be using extended-range VLANs, and
this will be a temporary application, so that limitation and the others
David mentioned shouldn't be a problem.
