you won't necessarily see CRC errors.
for example, if you're doing AAL5, the ATM cloud can actually drop whole
IP packets rather than just ATM cells (IP packet fragments).

or - call your telco & ask them to verify that they aren't seeing any
'drops' - if your shaping is configured coorectly, there is NEVER any
need for the ATM cloud to police/drop any traffic.
