[c-nsp] Strange error with a PA-CT3 4/T1 card

I can't seem to find a field notice or something like this, all I can
tell is that this error message has been in the code since the old 11.1
days (almost 10 yrs ago), so you must have gotten your hand on really
old hardware.
Sorry, but I can't give you more info than this without some more
serious digging/checking with folks..
