[c-nsp] Replace PS in 7200

Hello,

 

we need to place a 7200 under UPS (which it does not have at the moment).

 

There is only one PS at the moment. I was planning to insert a second PS
connected to the UPS, and remove the first one.

 

Will it work? If I see with "sh env all" that the second power supply is
present and on, can I trust that?
