[c-nsp] 3660 Corrupted Flash

Hi,

I am facing an issue and wanted to share this, we had a perfectly working
3660 till morning when while upgrading IOS its image went bad ...most of my
engineers have tried loading a new IOS via Xmodem... and all are facing the
below issue:

bad file magic number

cannot oepn "flash:"

 we have tried two different IOS just to make sure our BIN file is not bad and
its like Flash: is not ready completely and give : "device does not contain
a valid magic number" on dir flash: command   ...can anyone help here
