[c-nsp] Strange SNMP issue

Dave, yes  :)

Was the first thing we did. It sees the interface and returns the correct
details of description type etc..

This one has me very stumped at the moment. As I say, if you snmpwalk the
device, you can see the returned value, however, if you qurey direct based
on the OID, it returns noSuchName

### The following interface is commented out because:
### * got 'Received SNMP response with error code
###       error status: noSuchName
###       index 1 (OID: 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10.7)
