 Oh my, we just got hit by this bug, and I had completely forgot it, 
so had to start from scratch, just when we solved the issue, I remembered
'hey, I've seen this issue before' :).

Anyhow, what goes around comes around, I greatly benefitted from your 
work on this Alex :)
 
 (clear arp-cache appears to solve the issue too, that is, we had IPv4 
connectivity problem, didn't even care about the IPv6 being broken. 
'clear arp-cache int egress' otoh, didn't help a bit)
