[c-nsp] SmartNET on Used Router?

Thanks everyone. I really just need an upgraded IOS. I'm assuming the only
way to get this, is through SmartNET. I know 7507 are cheap now a days, and
might buy a spare with a newer IOS if it comes down to it.
