There is not enough information to diagnose the problem, the config of the
remote end is missing. "debug ppp negotation" on the routers would help as
well to find out why the bundle is not coming up.

P.S: Not sure if it affects multilink bundle members, but pls configure "ip
route-cache" on s0/0. It surely doesn't hurt..
