12.2(25)SEB4 was my old IOS of choice before I upgraded my 3750s and 3560s
to 12.2(25)SEE1. I haven't had any trouble with SEE1. I think SEE2 only
has minor changes over SEE1 so it's probably fine, but of course your
mileage may vary.
There was a nasty bug in the SED train that could cause flash problems
(another poster referenced this) but it was fixed.
