[c-nsp] SAA on 6500 failing.

I'm trying to configure some SAA Based HTTP probes on a 6500 (Sup 720,
Enterprise Feature Set,  Version 12.2(18)SXF4)
 
They're basic HTTP "GET" requests that are working just fine on other
platforms. e.g.
 
rtr 105
 type http operation get url http://www.cisco.com/ source-ipaddr x.x.x.x
 tag cisco.com
 
On the 6500 I get .."socket IP_TOS option setting failed"
 
When it attempts to do the HTTP Get (The DNS lookup works ok). Makes no
difference if I explicity set the TOS option in the SAA config to either
zero or something non-zero.
 
Any thoughts ?
