This Disjoint Cap. error happens from time to time on Cisco IOS when using
MP-BGP AF's, especially when talking IPv6 or multicast with non-Cisco
devices. Configuring and bringing online a regular unicast IPv4 neighbor
first, then turning up the respective AF neighbor should help in most cases
to bring up the session (which BTW is really annoying when you have to
establish ipv4 AF session against a v6 address. issue does happen on 6500
running SXF4 if I recall correctly).
